Serving Menifee & Sun City With Trenchless Sewer Line Technology

Trenchless Sewer Line Repair ServiceTrenchless sewer line technology is when a new sewer line is installed within the old sewer pipe without creating evasive trenches. The process requires minimal disruption to landscaping, surface traffic, home activities, and businesses. In most cases, only a couple of small trenches are dug versus a complete continuous trench for replacing the whole sewer line. Trenchless sewer line technology is a fast-growing sector among plumbing companies. The process is a rehabilitation of the existing pipe, and most, but not all, lines qualify. The newly rehabilitated sewer line can last fifty years or longer and will cost significantly less than installing a new sewer line.

Trenchless Technology Also Known As Cure-In-Place Pipe

Trenchless sewer line rehabilitation, also known as cure-in-place pipe (CIPP), starts by assessing the pipeline with a video camera. Once determined that your sewer line qualifies, your drain is then cleared and cleaned with a high pressure hydro jetter. The hydro jetter can dispense water at a rate of 4000 pounds per square inch. Your technician must thoroughly clean the drain and then re-inspect to ensure the drain is ready for the CIPP. Your technician will send a camera down the cleanout to record and measure the length of the pipe that needs repairing.

The Rehabilitated Pipe Will Last 100 years Or Longer

A cure-in-place pipe method is where the old broken, pre-existing broken pipe is lined with a felt lining and cure-in-place using an epoxy resin, producing a new sewer pipe that could last up to 100 years. The method begins by taking a premeasured liner and putting it in a roller drenched with resin using a vacuum's assistance. At one end, the liner is closed, then connected to a pull-back rope. Then the liner is rolled back into an inversion tank and sealed. The liner gets inserted into the pipe entrance, and air pressure is applied, pushing the liner down the pipe, taking on the same form as the primary pipe. The liner can negotiate 90-degree turns. The method for curring takes approximately 60 minutes. In the not-so-distant past, the traditional approach to sewer pipe repair could have taken days. Nowadays most sewer line repairs are performed in one day.

The Process Is Suitable For Almost All Pipes

Any pipe that carries sewage is acceptable for using a CIPP. The lining works well with concrete ABS plastic, PVC, copper drains, pipes, clay tile pipes, and cast iron. The pipe liner is 1/4 of an inch thick and will not reduce the capacity to carry sewage. The new CIPP is seamless and smooth and interior that will actually increase the flow rate.

Word Travels Fast, Hear What Our Customer Are Saying

Wow! I'm so impressed by these guys at Big B's Plumbing! I called and they were able to come out the next day which usually I have to wait a couple of days to a week.

The first plumber Garrett, took a camera to my drains to help me find the sewer line and see what kind of condition they were in. He was so nice and explained everything to me. My drains and pipes were in bad condition so the camera didn't quite fit all the way through. They didn't charge me to come back out with the smaller camera! I really appreciated that!

I called Big B's Plumbing and explained the situation. I was transferred to the original plumber that has worked on my shower and he knew exactly what was wrong. He came the very next day and snaked it for me. Not once or twice, but four times! He was just about to try a hydro-jet when we heard a gurgle and the drain opened. I am so relieved that it only cost me a fraction of the cost and that Ryan

I had an emergency here my studio and submitted an appointment request around 830am, they came out by 1 pm and fixed the issue.

Ryan helped me and was very informative of what he was doing and patient with my inability to describe exactly what was happening with our toilet leak. The price was right, no gouging what so ever, and he was in and out within an hour and stayed around as well to make sure nothing started leaking again.

Extremely professional and friendly!  They will now be my go-to for all my business needs.
